Reflective practice paper

This paper needs to be about my first day of clinnical at Robert wood Johnson hospital in hamilton nj 

my first day on clinical was on 10/29/20

everything went okay , I did the head to toe assessment to the patient , vitals were normal , patient last bowel movement was on 10/19, patient had a colectomy surgery on the 10/23 and I was supposed to educate the patient in how to use incentive spirometer and coughing that’s really important to clear any mucus on the lungs.
