To develop motivated employees, the manager must treat people as individuals, empower workers, provide an effective reward system, redesign jobs and create a flexible workplace.

Pa 1 conclusion :When trying to make a good decision, a person must weigh the positives and negatives of each option, and consider all the alternatives. For effective decision making, a person must be able to forecast the outcome of each option as well, and based on all these items, determine which option is the best for that particular situation (Schmader and Sedikides, 2018).

Cla 1 conclusion : The individual behaviors will play an important role in the team for both the coordination and also Innovation (McShane & Glinow, 2013). Companies should give more important to team works for better ideas, encouragement, and brainstorming for their success.
