The assignment should consist of two parts: 

Part 1. 40% of the mark 
The section needs to: 

1. Offer a literature review on the selected two topics. (1000 words)

Part 2. 60% of the mark 
The section needs to: 

1. Introduce the case study company.
2. Present an analysis of the case study based on the reviewed literature. 
3. Provide well supported and practical recommendations linked to your analysis and conclusions. (1250 words)
