Can you help me understand this Social Science question?
So I’m doing an oral presentation in class about the attached reading. 5 minutes will be dedicated to summarizing the reading and 5 minutes dedicate to a critique of the reading.
I’d like a very detailed, precise and simple (no fancy words) summary that I will be able to present.
I also need a critique. For the critique, try to answer these questions:
– what are the strengths and weaknesses of the argument? (have 2-3 points for each)
-to what extent does this argument contribute to the theoretical and empirical understanding of the issue under consideration?
-what is left ambiguous, underdeveloped or unaddressed in the reading?
-which type of investigation could overcome these limitations?
Please have the summary in bullet point form and detail which page/ example you’re explaining.
